Hi, my gran has recently passed away and we are looking to have her family home cleared, the house is a three bedroom in Biggar, nothing in the property is to stay even the carpets have to go, it’s in a relatively clean condition. Every room has the every day household item in, sofas, fridge freezer, wardrobes etc, there’s is also a lot of books, and bric a brac. There’s a ladder in the bathroom where you can access the loft, there’s are only a few boxes in there but will need to be taken, there is no garage or sheds to be cleared. We would like this to be done within the next two weeks if that is possible, please give me an indication of the house clearance costs.
