Our Friockheim House Clearance team arrived at 08:00 AM on the day of the appointment, in one of our large luton furniture vans undertaken the property clearance in under 5 hours total.
All contents were to be taken. All white goods included. All carpets, underlay, curtains and blinds were also required to be removed.
The following items were donated to local charities within the Friockheim area: a large chestnut ottoman, a large ivory vanity dresser and stool, canvases, three white wicker washing baskets, wall clocks, digital bedside alarm clocks, photo frames, candle holders, rugs, table lamps, unopened shower curtains, a set of bathroom scales, a solid wood towel box, two tall standing toiletry holders, kitchen appliances i.e a black ken wood microwave, a black Russell Hobbs kettle and toaster set, glass wear, decorative ornaments, display plates, wall plaques, soft furnishings, costume jewellery, coat hangers, clothing items, foot wear, handbags, backpacks, suitcases, umbrellas, rain coats, a collection of modern DVDs and Cd’s, flower vases, sets of curtains, a silver Panasonic DVD player, a silver San-yo CD player.
The following items were recycled at a local waste transfer centre within the Friockheim area: a large 1970’s retro danish style sofa suite (worn and torn), two double memory foam mattress, a (broken) double chestnut bed frame, bathroom essentials – toiletry’s, soap dispensers, toilet brush and holder, a broken shower rail, shower curtain, bath mats, towels, dirty laundry, kitchen appliances – cooking utensils, oven trays, chopping boards, cutlery, pots and pans, cups and saucers, a dish drainer, cleaning equipment, mop and bucket, sweeping brushes, domestic products, food waste, paper waste, dog bowels, a dog bed, chewed dog toys and teddy bears. ***Carpets, underlay, lino flooring and blinds was also disposed.
The following items were also donated to a local British Heart Foundation store within the Friockheim area: a solid pine glass display cabinet, a large oval chestnut pine dining table and six solid high back dining chairs, large chestnut bedroom furniture sets – three sets of 5 drawer wide chest of drawers, four chestnut bedside table units, three single chestnut wardrobes, two crystal chandelier light fittings (boxed), a green retro fridge freezer, a white Whir pool washing machine, tumble dryer and under the counter dish washer, two Cavendish scroll wing back chairs, a black leather foot stool.
Food contents found during the clearance, within date and sealed were donated to a local Food Bank within the Friockheim area.
