Our Hillside House Clearance team arrived at 09:00 AM in one of our large luton furniture vans, fully uniformed under taken the house clearance in under 3 hours total.
The house clearance requirements entailed clearing out a two bedroom property with a large utility room and a spacious garage filled with garden compost, big bags of gardening soil and black sacks of weeds and leaves.
All contents were to be taken. All white goods included. All carpets, curtains and blinds were required to stay. One bed base and mattress was required to stay.
The following items were donated to local charities within the Hillside: women’s clothing items and accessories, foot wear, coat hangers, handbags, hats, umbrellas, a collection of vintage costume jewellery, two white matching standard table lamps, a Victorian style jewellery compartment case, hand painted canvases, a three small cream laundry baskets, six small clear plastic storage boxes, a white sheep skin rug, a cream wicker waste bin, framed wall pictures, sets of curtains, unopened packets of window blinds, small decorative ornaments, wall plaques, wall clocks, two glass curved wall mirrors, two red plastic bathroom foot stools, a collection of vintage vinyl records, crystal glass wear, display plates, a tall floor standing lamp, walking sticks, jigsaws, puzzles, board games, various gardening tools, tool boxes, a hose pipe, kitchen appliances – a silver kettle and toaster set, a white Sam sung microwave, a omelet maker, a Ken wood smoothie maker/juice blender, a Asda’s silver slow cooker, a set of cooking scales, a silver steele 30L pedal bin, crockery, a range of books.
The following items were recycled at a local waste transfer centre within the Hillside area: a double white Silent Night mattress and matching Divan bed base, an electric lawn mover, a wheel barrel, two large rubber car tyres, kitchen appliances – cooking utensils, chopping boards, bread bin, biscuit barrel, oven trays, cups and saucers, pots and pans, cutlery, knife block, dish drainer, plastic food canisters, cleaning equipment i.e mop and buckets, dusters, sweeping brushes, domestic products, cloths and sponges, food waste paper waste, bathroom essentials – bath mats, showers curtains, broken towel rails, toilet brush and holder, toiletry’s, dirty laundry, garden compost, black bags full of garden weeds and leaves, bags of gardening soil.
The following items were also donated to a local British Heart Foundation store within the Hillside area: a velvet studded head board, two solid white flat pack bed side draws and matching tall floor standing draws, a large blue suede ottoman box, a vintage telephone seated side piece, a large upholstered chaise lounge chair, two silver metal record racks, a white LG washing machine, a grey LG fridge freezer, a large oval drop leaf dining table and four matching chairs, a black chrome glass display unit, a black glass TV unit.
Towels, throws, cushions, bedding and blankets were also donated at a local animal shelter within the Hillside area.
