Our team arrived at 09:00 AM, meeting an Estate Agent outside the property. Our team were instructed to carry out a clearance in a student accommodation.
All loose contents were to be taken. No white goods included. No furniture appliances (apart from a large broken pine wardrobe suite). No carpets, curtains or blinds were required to be removed.
The following items were donated to local charities in Lochgelly: female clothing, foot wear, hats, handbags and accessories, gym equipment i.e a Op ti AB Exerciser Counter, a Body Power Olympic Weight Tree, a set of dumbells, a yoga mat, a collection of books – scientific sport, health care, slimming world cooking recipes and a range of Martina Cole, hair accessories – GHD gold plated straighteners and hair dryer kit (boxed) and a set of Tresemme volume boost roller sets, a wide range of costume jewellery i.e necklaces, earrings, bracelets both ankle and wrist, rings and watches.
The following items were recycled at a local waste transfer centre in Lochgelly: a large broken pine wardrobe suite, food waste, used cutlery both metal and plastic, plates, bowels and mugs, bathroom toiletry’s, a shower curtain, pictured wall cut outs and paper waste.
All bedding, blankets, throws and towels were donated at a local animal shelter within the Lochgelly area.
