Could you give me a rough estimate for the cost of clearing a 2 bed, 2 reception bungalow where the tenant has moved out leaving quite a bit of rubbish and some items of furniture both indoors and out, a lot of the furniture is in very good condition and could not doubt be donated o charity. Would you also be able to remove a carpet and thoroughly clean the premises including the cooker?
