Our Strathmartine House Clearance team arrived at 09:00 AM on the day of the appointment in one of our large luton furniture vans, fully uniformed undertaken the property clearance in under 3 hours total.
All contents were to be taken. All white goods included. All flooring and curtains were required to stay.
Required to stay: One bed, sofa suite and two Televisions.
The following items were donated to local charities within the Strathmartine area: soft furnishings, small furniture fixtures i.e a set of leather foot stools, a white solid wood blanket box, three white wicker laundry baskets, a heavy ceramic bread bin and biscuit barrel, a egg timer, brand new pan sets, a green metal pan stand, boxes of wine glasses, a set of bathroom weighing scales, sets of curtains, clothing items and accessories, footwear, hats, handbags, purses, umbrella’s, a collection of vintage costume jewellery, a range of vinyl records, small decorative figurines, crockery, wall clocks, wall plaques, two small square mirror compacts, first aid boxes, boxes of light bulbs.
The following items were recycled at a local waste transfer centre within the Strathmartine area: a (soiled) Silent Night memory foam mattress, a double Divan bed base and headboard, kitchen contents – cooking appliances, a silver deep fat fryer, a green unbranded kettle and toaster set, a set of Ken wood mixers, used cutlery, pots and pans, cups and saucers, chopping boards, oven trays, oven mitts, cooking utensils, food canisters cleaning equipment, mop and bucket, sweeping brushes, dusters and domestic products, food waste, paper waste, plastic bags, bathroom essentials – toiletry’s, toilet brush and holder, a small silver waste bin, dirty laundry, deodorant cans and empty perfume bottles, hairbrushes, combs, cosmetic products, shower curtains, a bath mat, a broken toilet seat.
The following items were donated at a local BHF store within the Strathmartine area: bedroom furniture suites – two large solid wood white wardrobes, two solid wood white bedside tables and two large chest of solid wood white drawers. All white goods – a Zanuissi fridge freezer, a LG washing machine and tumble dryer – combined, a glass display TV unit.
Towels, throws, cushions, bedding and blankets were all donated to a local animal shelter within the area.
