Our The Ferry House Clearance team arrived at 09:00 AM on the day of the appointment in one of our large luton furniture vans, fully uniformed undertaken the property clearance in under 3 hours total.

The house clearance requirements entailed clearing a 2 bedroom property. All contents were to be taken. (One bed was required to stay.) All white goods included. No flooring or curtains were required to be removed.

The following items were donated to local charities within The Ferry area: soft furnishings, clothing items and accessories, boxes of coat hangers, footwear, handbags, backpacks, suitcases, umbrella’s, hats, scarfs, walking sticks, costume jewellery, a range of books, a collection of vintage vinyl records, crockery, small decorative ornaments, wall clocks, wall plaques, place mats, cup coasters, candle stick holders, packs of unused candles, table lamps, wall paintings, picture frames, sewing kits, board games, puzzles, jigsaws, a Dyson vacuum cleaner.

The following items were recycled at a local waste transfer centre within The Ferry area: garden table and chairs (rusty), plant pots, bags of gardening compost, kitchen contents – cooking appliances, a Argos kettle and toaster set, cutlery, chopping boards, oven trays, cooking utensils, food canisters, a dish drainer, a silver Steele pedal bin, bread bin and biscuit barrel, cleaning equipment, mop and bucket, sweeping brushes, duster and domestic products, food waste, paper waste, plastic carrier bags, bathroom contents – toiletry’s, makeup products, hair brushes, combs, soap dispenser, bath mat, shower curtain, a broken white plastic toilet seat, toilet brush and holder, newspapers, magazines, a double Silent Night mattress, a double Divan bed base and head board, plastic mattress protectors, electric blankets, a stained oval patterned rug.

The following items were donated to a local British Heart Foundation store within The Ferry area: two white IKEA wardrobes, two sets of white 4 draw drawers, a white solid wood dressing table and foot stool, a large light pink blanket box, 4 kitchen bench high rise metal stools, two black leather storage boxes, a large treasure man trunk.

Various donations were also made to a local Animal Shelter and a local Food Bank within The Ferry area.
