Our Bannockburn House Clearance team arrived at 09:00 AM on the day of the appointment in one of our large luton furniture vans, undertaken the property clearance in 1 hour total.
The house clearance requirements entailed clearing a 3 bedroom shared student accommodation complex. All contents were to be taken. No white goods included. No flooring or curtains were required to be removed.
The following items were donated to local charities within the Bannockburn area: soft furnishings, clothing items, accessories, footwear, fancy dress outfits, a range of health care and cooking books, a collection of DVDs, Cd’s, musical equipment, a pink Ukulele guitar, stationary, a skateboard, bedside alarm clocks, a pair of white women’s hockey boots, packs of candles, photo frames, sets of canvases.
The following items were recycled at a local waste transfer centre within the Bannockburn area: bathroom contents – toiletry’s, shower curtain, hair brushes, combs, bath mat, toilet brush and holder, make up products, hair products, kitchen contents – food waste, paper waste, takeaway cartons, empty alcohol bottles and cans, used cutlery, a broken Argos kettle and toaster set, cleaning equipment, mop and bucket, sweeping brushes and domestic products, a broken electrical heater, journals.
Bedding, blankets, throws and towels were all donated to a local Animal Shelter within the Bannockburn area.
