Our Dunblane House Clearance team arrived at 09:00 AM on the day of the appointment in one of our large luton furniture vans, fully uniformed undertaken the property clearance in under 6 hours total.

The house clearance requirements entailed clearing a 2 bedroom property and the removal of a large 14ft (damaged) garden trampoline. The nearest recycling centre was based one hour away.

All contents were to be taken. No white goods included. All flooring and curtains were also required to be removed.

The following items were donated to local charities within the Dunblane area: (originally boxed, brand new) kitchen appliances – a silver Breville slow cooker, a Ken wood juice blender, a nescafe Dulce Gusto coffee machine, a black Russell Hobbs kettle and toaster set, ironing board, bathroom weighing scales, a circular wall mirror, a ironing board, a yellow and grey Dyson vacuum cleaner, a range of DVDs, a black LG DVD player, soft furnishings, clothing items and accessories, footwear, hats, scarfs, handbags, suitcases, umbrellas, a collection of vintage costume jewellery, table lamps, wall clocks, a range of books, board games, puzzles, jigsaws, tarot cards, sewing kits, glass wear, decorative ornaments, display plates, crockery, two solid oak white blanket boxes, two solid oak white IKEA book cases.

The following items were recycled at a local waste transfer centre within the Dunblane area: kitchen contents – cooking appliances, cups and saucers, pots and pans, cutlery, cooking utensils, chopping boards, a wooden knife block, oven trays, food canisters, a broken bread bin, a wooden mug tree, dish drainer, takeaway cartons, food waste, paper waste, plastic carrier bags, cleaning equipment, mop and bucket, sweeping brushes, dusters and domestic products, bathroom contents – shower curtains,  bath mats, toiletry’s, deodorant cans, make up products, hair brushes, a broken toilet roll holder, dirty laundry, a white wicker washing basket (damaged). ***All flooring – laminate, carpet and underlay were also disposed.

The following items were also donated to a local British Heart Foundation store within the Dunblane area: a large solid wood glass display unit, a retro vintage cocktail cabinet, two Parker Knoll rocking chairs, a large oak drop leaf dining table with six dining chairs, a two seater and three seater black leather sofa suite, a brand new Silent Night double mattress, solid white wood bedroom furniture – two large chest of drawers and three bedside units.

A large 14ft metal garden trampoline was also requested to be taken. (Damaged, rusty and torn) Item was taken to a local scrap yard within the Dunblane area.

Food contents found within date/sealed, sleeping bags and unopened toiletry’s were also donated to a local Homeless Shelter within the Dunblane area.
