Hi, i am looking to have my three bedroom property in Halifax cleared, i have been letting the property our for two years to the same tenants, they have now moved out and have left the place upside down, there is literally rubbish all over the floors, benches and even the staircase, there is a lot of loose items in the garden that will need to be cleared too, from what i can think from the top of my head, there is a trampoline, two garden benches, three children’s bikes, a sandpit and a lot of rubbish bags. Joined to the house is a double garage, there are only a few items in here including a fridge freezer and a ride on lawn mower. ideally i would like this done as soon as possible so i can get the property back into a livable state ready to go back up for rent. Please can i have an indication of costs of the house clearance as well as costs for a clean.
