House Clearance Haltwhistle: Dear Sirs, A partner in this firm has been appointed by the Court of Protection to administer the estate of an individual who lived in Haltwhistle.
We require the property to be cleared in due course as no family members/next of kin are willing or able to do so. However we have been informed that there may be some items of value in the property (ornaments, art, possibly jewellery) which may have value and should not simply be disposed of. It is however difficult to ascertain whether they will have significant value or not.
There is also much clothing in the property (both male/female) which the PRs would like to be donated to charity. There is also a garage and outhouse which requires to be cleared. The value of contents in these areas is expected to be de minimus.
We are writing to enquire whether you cover this area in the first instance. If so, would you be able to identify and remove all (potentially) valuable items during the clearance and value the same, as well as clearing the property itself?
Lastly the property will need some moderate cleaning after clearance. Is this a service you offer?
I look forward to hearing from you.
The house clearance was completed on behalf of the customer and the following items pictured below were removed from the property and donated to various charities. Our house clearance staff transported the non reusable items from the house clearance to a waste recycling centre.
