Our Luncarty House Clearance team arrived at 09:00 AM on the day of the appointment, in one of our large luton furniture vans undertaken the property clearance in under 3 hours total.
All contents were to be taken. All white goods included. All carpets and curtains were also required to be removed.
The following items were donated to local charities in Luncarty: rolls of floral wallpaper, packs of paint brushes, unused plant pots, a small tool chest filled with various fixtures, a hose pipe and reel, packets of light bulbs, kitchen appliances i.e a white Swan microwave, a red Kitchen Aid food processor, dining sets, crockery, small decorative ornaments inc Wade, fine china, display plates and crystal glass wear, a sheep skin floor rug, sets of curtains, a wide collection of vintage vinyl records, a range of books, articles and magazines dating back to 1972, clothes hoarse, two metal clothes rails, wall paintings, bedside alarm clocks, a set of bathroom scales, clothing items, footwear, suitcases, backpacks, walking sticks and soft furnishings.
The following items were recycled at a local waste transfer centre in Luncarty: a three piece red leather sofa suite (worn and torn), a White Company double mattress, a double divan bed base and headboard, kitchen appliances i.e cutlery, oven trays, chopping boards, a wooden knife block, a Akai kettle and toaster set, pots and pans, cups and saucers, cooking utensils, a deep fat fryer, oven mitts, cleaning equipment, mop and bucket, sweeping brushes, feather dusters and domestic products, bathroom essentials – bath mats, toiletry’s, toilet brush and holder, towel rails and shower curtain.
The following items were donated at a local British Heart Foundation Store within the Luncarty area: White goods – a Hotpoint washing machine, a Indesit under counter fridge, a BUSH Classic under the counter freezer, B&Q flat pack bedroom furniture i.e bedside table, a chest of drawers, a double door wardrobe compromising inside shelving, a tall vintage floor standing Grandfathers clock.
Bedding, blankets, towels, cushions and throws were also donated to a local animal shelter situated within the Luncarty area.
