Hello – I am writing to enquire as to the likely cost of clearing a 3-bedroom rented property following bereavement. the clothing nand personal effects would be removed by ourselves but there would still be a considerable amount to clear including a shed and loft (not much in loft) Carpets, cooker fridge-freezer, washing machine etc etc would also need to be removed. I realise you would be unable to give an accurate quote without seeing it first but if you could give a rough idea of how the charges are calculated and the amount of notice you would require, it would help a great deal.

The house clearance was completed on behalf of the customer and the following items pictured below were removed from the property and donated to various charities. Our house clearance staff transported the non reusable items from the house clearance to a waste recycling centre.
