Our Strathblane House Clearance team arrived at 09:00 AM on the day of the appointment in one of our large luton furniture vans, fully uniformed undertaken the property clearance in under 2 hours total.
The house clearance requirements entailed clearing a two bedroom property, a lot of furniture fixtures were labelled to not be taken. No white goods included. No flooring or curtains were required to be removed.
The following items were donated to local charities within the Strathblane area: soft furnishings, clothing items and accessories, hats, handbags, suitcases umbrella’s, walking sticks, reading glasses, a small collection of costume jewellery, a range of books, photo frames, two wall clocks, boxes of knitting wool, glass wear, decorative ornaments, flower vases, place mats, cup coasters.
The following items were recycled at a local waste transfer centre within the Strathblane area: a double Hypnosis mattress, a double divan bed base and headboard, bedding, blankets and pillows (stained), bathroom contents – toiletry’s, cleaning products, toilet brush and holder, bath mat, shower curtain and dirty laundry, kitchen contents – food waste, paper waste, plastic carrier bags, cutlery, cooking utensils, a black Russell Hobbs toaster (broken) mop and bucket, sweeping brushes and dusters.
The following items were also donated at a local British Heart Foundation store within the Strathblane area: a set of two matching bedside tables, a circular glass coffee table, two white solid wood book cases.
