Our Wellbank House Clearance team arrived at 09:00 AM on the day of the appointment in one of our large luton furniture vans, fully uniformed undertaken the property clearance in under 3 hours total.
All contents were to be taken – (Various small furniture fixtures were required to stay) All white goods included. All carpets, curtains and blinds were required to stay.
The following items were donated to local charities within the Wellbank area: soft furnishings, clothing items – both male, female and children’s, footwear, hats, handbags, suitcases, accessories, costume jewellery, a small singing jewellery box, packs of light up fairy lights, board games, puzzles, jigsaws, arts and craft equipment, colouring in books, notepads, wall clocks, mirrors, unopened picture frames, wall paintings, a collection of soft teddy bears, a range of books, vintage vinyl records, small decorative ornaments, pre boxed crystal glass wear, display plates and fine china dining sets, crockery, sewing kits, two cream wicker laundry baskets, a green leather top foot stool.
The following items were recycled at a local waste transfer centre within the Wellbank area: two large double mattresses, two broken pine oak bed frames, bathroom essentials – toiletry’s, toilet brush holder and brush, bath mats, shower curtains, broken shower rail, hair brushes, used cosmetic products, empty bottles of perfume and deodorant cans, kitchen appliances – cooking utensils, pots and pans, cups and saucers, cutlery, a dish drainer, chopping boards, oven trays, a white kettle and toaster set, a silver deep fat fryer, food canisters, cardboard boxes, cleaning equipment, mop and bucket, sweeping brushes, dusters, domestic products, plastic bags, food waste, paper waste, candles, calenders, diary journals, old newspapers, eclectic heaters, extension cables, TV Ariel’s.
The following items were also donated to a local British Heart Foundation store within the Wellbank area: a large three piece fabric sofa suite, a black Digi Home 28inch TV, a glass black chrome TV unit, a set of two small black wooden side tables, a large pine oak dining table and chairs, white goods – a Hotpoint fridge freezer, a Beko electrical cooker, a Indesit washing machine, a BOSCH tumble dryer.
Bedding, blankets, cushions, throws, towels and pillows were all donated to a local animal shelter within the Wellbank area.
