Hi I have a property to clear in Colne Valley, and wondered if you cover this area?

It’s a small 2 bed end terrace with 2 floors; lounge, and kitchen/diner downstairs, 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. The property is my aunt’s home, but she is in a nursing home and it’s likely the property will need to be sold and so we need it clearing. It’s not cluttered. What kind of fee would you charge for this service, and how much notice would you need?
