Hi. I need to clear my deceased cousins 1st floor flat. I have removed all clothing and personal belongings. All that remains is furniture, pots pans kitchen bits and pieces. 1 double bed some mirrors and pictures, no wardrobes no washing machine no fridge. It is in Rawtenstall. The key is being held by a local estate agent.
