Probate valuation reports will be prepared within 5 days of our valuer’s visit and will provide a clear indication of the market value of each item within the estate. The valuation report will include images with clear and accurate descriptions enabling quick identification of items of value.

A Peridot and Seed Pearl Necklace, an emerald-cut peridot in yellow claw settings, within a seed pearl set scrolling frame, on a yellow trace link chain. An Edwardian Amethyst and Seed Pearl Necklace, in foliate form, set with seed pearls and hung with three amethysts, with bead details, on a trace link chain. A Turquoise and Pearl Fringe Necklace, seven drops of cabochon turquoise suspending a drop with a quatrefoil motif with a baroque pearl in a cage setting, on a fine trace link chain. A pair of Victorian walnut salon chairs with padded seats and fluted tapering front legs. A pair of 1930s oak dining chairs with carved top rails, barley twist sides and supports, and drop-in seats, and two octagonal occasional tables with central geometric roundel inlay and crossbanded edges, each with lower tier and each raised on squared tapering supports. A George II style corner elbow chair with pierced splats, drop in seats and cabriole front legs to ball and claw feet. A Victorian Carton-pierre playing cards box, the slip lid having raised decoration in the form of a Greek key border surrounding three fanned cards. A Pearl and Diamond Bar Brooch, three split pearls alternate with four old cut diamonds in white collet settings, length 4cm. A Blister Pearl and Rose Cut Diamond Ring, three graduated blister pearls, with rose cut diamonds in yellow peg settings to a plain polished shank. An 18 Carat Gold Garnet Five Stone Ring, the graduated cushion cut garnets in yellow claw settings on a scroll mount, to decorative shoulders and a plain polished shank. An Early 20th Century Peridot and Seed Pearl Pendant, a knife edge wire frame with bead decoration, set throughout with seed pearls, a round peridot centrally and a pear cut peridot suspended from the base. An Art Nouveau Style Pendant, set with three cabochon opals; one round, one heart shaped and one oval, in a scrolling frame set with eight-cut and rose cut diamonds. A pair of mid 19th century yew wood and elm high hoop back Windsor armchairs, with central pierced splat backs, saddle seats and ring turned front legs united by cross stretchers. A large Japanese Satsuma baluster vase enamelled with figures and a pair of modern Cantonese sleeve vases, together with five similar modern bowls. A Victorian silver combination vesta case incorporating a timepiece and a sovereign holder by William Neale, chased with reeding and scrollwork. A kitchen dresser, Swedish style in cream painted finish with blue edging glazed upper section with seven drawers below base has drawers and cupboards. A late 19th / early 20th Century French carriage clock, the circular enamel face having foliate-engraved gilt mask. A 20th century gilt metal and green marble effect bedside table, the gilt metal mounted green marble effect top of square form, raised upon twin gilt metal faux bamboo legs and tapering feet with conjoining stretchers. A cast metal figure of a Spanish knight in full armour with silver gilt decoration on a square onyx base: 23cm high. A late 19th century gilt metal Gothic revival mantel clock: The case of architectural form, with pocket watch movement inscribed, ‘Johnson, Richmond’, the silvered dial with Roman numerals.
