Our Coldside House Clearance team arrived at 09:00 AM on the day of the appointment in one of our large luton furniture vans, fully uniformed undertaken the property clearance in under 5 hours total.
The house clearance requirements entailed clearing a 4 bedroom minimalist farmhouse with a narrow windy staircase.
All contents were to be taken. All white goods included. All flooring and curtains were also required to be removed.
The following items were donated to local charities within the Coldside area: clothing items and accessories, footwear, hats, handbags, suitcases, costume jewellery, broaches, walking sticks, several pairs of reading glasses, gift sets, hampers, two small fluffy purple rugs, table lamps, bedside alarm clocks, flower vases, packs of candles, framed wall paintings, picture frames, small decorative ornaments, display plates, crockery, boxes of silver wear dining sets, a collection of vintage vinyl records, a range of books, boxed Christmas decorations, a small light pine book case, five metal shoe racks, ironing board and iron, two Dyson vacuum cleaners, a silver Panasonic DVD player.
The following items were recycled at a local waste transfer centre within the Coldside area: three Deluxe double mattresses, a large grey and black corner cushion sofa suite (worn and torn) kitchen contents – cooking appliances, used cutlery, pots and pans, cups and saucers, oven trays, chopping boards, bread bin, biscuit barrel, food canisters, dish drainers, cleaning equipment, domestic products, food waste, paper waste, plastic bags, pre bagged black bags filled with broken glass wear, plants and newspapers, bathroom contents – a broken shower rails and toilet seat, bath mats, toiletry’s, dirty laundry, toilet brush and holder, a broken black Electrolux washing machine and tumble dryer, a broken Siemens dish washer. Bedroom furniture suites were dismantled due to staircase. All carpets and curtains were also disposed.
The following items were also donated at a local British Heart Foundation store within the Coldside area: a large silver Beko American style fridge freezer, four rocking chairs, a light oak corner computer desk, two country style ottoman trunks, two large walnut mirrored dressing tables, two Victorian dressing chairs.
During the house clearance a lot of food contents were found within date and sealed – items were taken to a local Food Bank within the Coldside area.
